Launch your Digital Workplace

As an administrator, the first step is to grant platform access to all stakeholders.
Identify those who require advanced access and ensure they are equipped to carry out their tasks successfully.
Depending on the platform's target uses, select key personnel from relevant business departments. When addressing a specific audience, such as Communication, Marketing, Human Resources or IT, focus on your initial needs and avoid trying to address everyone. You can always address new use cases later on.

To grant page-building rights to the relevant personnel, including the home page and secondary pages, simply add them to the'Communicators' rights group.
This will provide them with access to the necessary tools for modifying, managing, and creating pages on the platform.
They can independently train themselves by accessing the'Communicating effectively with Workplace' training path in the help area.

This "Communicants "group will also give editorial management rights to the site's home page.

Members will be able to create articles and easily contribute to the editorial line of your platform. This will be done via the "Article management" application.

Your platform includes a documentation area which, like

the editorial section, needs to be populated so that new users can easily understand how to use the tool.

There are two possible scenarios:

  • if document management is centralised within your organisation, you can simply grant administration rights to the relevant individuals in the dedicated workspace (see: knowledge dedicated to workspaces)
  •
  • To manage documents efficiently, it is necessary to create groups of rights that can be easily linked to the tree structure branches, organized by department or business line
