Create a website
To create a sub-site, go to the Navigation Management application in the application launcher.
Note: if the Navigation Management application does not appear, please refer to the guide Accessing your applications
In the application, select the Sub-site Management tab (1) and then click on the + Add a sub-site button button (2).
In the floating window, in the 1. General tab (3), select the title of the sub-site (4), then a page template (5), and finally click on the Next button (6).
Note: the page template allows you to have a home page associated with your sub-site, which can then be customized via the Modify Portal application.
In the 2. Visibility tab (7), select the visibility type (8).
Note:
Visible to all: makes your sub-site visible and accessible to everyone
Hidden from all: makes your sub-site inaccessible
Restricted visibility: allows you to choose the members and/or groups that will be able to access the sub-site
Then click on the Next button (9).
In the Administrators tab (10), select the administrators of the sub-site (11).
Note: the administrators of the sub-site will have full rights within the sub-site space.
Click on the Finish button (12).
The sub-site you have created has a back office and is associated with a page based on the template you have chosen.
