Account management
As an administrator, you have access to the application ' Members and groups ' in the advanced tab from your application launcher.
The account management interface offers, on the left, a quick filtering to sort out internal from external accounts (or guest accounts within communities) having access to your platform.
- The create a new account button, in the left side panel, will allow you to create an account.
- You will have the possibility to create accounts in mass, via the menu Action/Import.
- A filtering by space will allow you to filter the accounts that have access to a particular site or community.
- A search field will allow you to quickly find a specific account.
You will be able to visit the users profile by clicking on their name, or directly on modify, by clicking on the pencil at the end of the line.
The unitary member creation will allow you to enter all the personal information of a new account.
You will also be able to directly join the account to different sites, communities or specific rights groups. The person will then have his complete profile available in his first connection.
Even if a series of verifications are automatically operated by your JALIOS platform, it is necessary to inject your own data into your member base.
For more simplicity, feel free to download and adapt the CSV file provided as an example on the link "Import format".
In case you want to use a different file, you can define the separators between the different fields to be taken into account by the platform to massively create user accounts or contacts.
Once verified and validated, you will be able to massively assign sites or communities to your list members
