Account delegation
1. Delegation mechanism
All Jalios platform user accounts can, if they wish, offer access to their account.
It is important to note that on the standard Jalios Cloud offer, the requester has, by default, a delegation on the administrator account.
Within your user profile, in the Access tab you can specify the people authorized to use your account.
Please note Items coming from integrations with external services, for example, integrations with your emails or calendar, will not be visible to the delegated person.
2. How to delegate
In the side menu, as soon as you have an authorized delegation on your account, a dedicated entry is available:
To connect to the desired account, click on the"Sign in with this account" button.
Once on the delegated account the site header will turn orange to enable you to better distinguish your delegated actions from the actions on your initial account.
Please note The user concerned will then receive notification of your access to their account.
3. Leaving a delegation
To return to your original account, simply click on thelogouticon in the sidebar, and click on the account you wish to return to:
