Update a document with JDrive
Find the document you want to modify, either by searching or browsing
Make sure that JDrive is installed and active on your computer via the icon in the Windows toolbar
Carry out the following actions:
- Click on "Open with JDrive".
- Choose the option of your choice
- Allow the application to open
The notifications at the bottom right of your screen will inform you of the status of your request. Once finalised, the application corresponding to the type of file selected will be opened.
Once your work is complete, your version is validated by simply savingand closing the document.
A notification will confirm that the modification process has been completed.
Additional information:
JDrive lets you manage documents directly from your local computer. On the file interface in Jalios, click on "Add to my JDrive".
Choose to store it in a new folder or in an existing folder, in the folder dedicated to your platform, in the JDRIVE folder on your computer.
This way, the files are always up to date on your computer, and you can modify them online by simply changing the copy of the folder provided for this purpose.
