Link a page to its subpage
To link a page to its subpage, you must open the Navigation Management application in the application launcher.
Note: If the Navigation Management application is not displayed, please refer to the instructions on accessing your applications.
In the application, select the Page Management tab (1) and then click All Pages (2) to display a drop-down list from which you can select your subpage (3).
Click the + Add Page button (4)
In the floating window, on the 1. General tab (5), enter the title of the page (6) and then select the page template (7).
Note: The page template allows you to create a home page for your subpage, which you can then customize using the Edit Portal application.
Click the Next button (8).
On the 2. Visibility tab (9), select the visibility type for the page (10).
Note:
Visible to all: Makes the subpage visible and accessible to everyone.
Invisible to all: Makes the subpage inaccessible.
Restricted visibility: Allows you to select the members and/or groups that are allowed to access the subpage.
Click the Next button (11).
In the Administrators tab (12), select the members and groups that are allowed to edit the page (13).
Finally, click the Finish button (14).
