Iimport of accounts
To save time, users can import members from the front office.
To carry out this operation, perform the following steps:
From the application launcher, search for and select the Members and Groups
application to access the member management interface.
Unfold the drop-down menu for the Actions button, then click on the Import from CSV spreadsheet
entry to open the import mode.
Select the type of member to be imported from the choices shown
This operation requires you to upload a CSV file by clicking on the Add files
button.
You can obtain a template file by unfolding the drop-down menu for the Import format entry and clicking on the Upload a file button.
Warning:
- If the
Email notification
option is activated, the user accounts created will be automatically activated when the import is completed and members will receive an email allowing them to update their password. - If the
Email notification
option is not activated, the imported members will be deactivated. They will then have to be activated later.
Once the import file has been submitted, the number of accounts to be imported will be displayed.
The accounts to be created can be assigned to groups of spaces (workspaces (1)
and/or communities (2)
).
They can also be integrated into a tranverse group
Once these actions have been completed, the members will be added to the list of platform members.
