Add media providers to your platform

Jalios tools natively embed image banks for your contributors.

Searching for appropriate visuals with legally authorized use in your framework is time-consuming at best, but often impossible for most users.

Here's how to set it up: you'll find 2 free, native integrations on all our products.

In general, you'll need to create an account on the partner platform. This account, which may be free or paid depending on the package you choose, will enable you to access the service via their "API" or online connectors.

Once you've obtained your user key, you need to enter it in the"Site settings" application, in the"Features and services" section of the supplier in question:

1. Pixabay

Pixabay is a provider of royalty-free images. You benefit from a wide choice of images of all types (photos, traditional or vector illustrations, etc.)

To use Pixabay, you need to create a free account and generate a key from the site in question:

The media offered by Pixabay will then be displayed in the list of spaces on your platform (at the very bottom):

2. Giphy

Giphy is an online bank of GIFs. These animated images are excellent for non-verbal emotional communication: if a picture is worth a thousand words, a GIF is worth a thousand images.

The integration is very broad, allowing GIFs to be integrated into all rich text fields, comments and especially within Horizon chat if you have this service.

You'll find your key on this page: https://developers.giphy.com/

You'll then need to decrypt an application - the name of your platform, to put it simply:

mceclip1 - 2025-02-17 14h32m32s

The API key will then be directly available:
