Submit a document

Your Digital Workplace has several document storage areas. These can be global, such as the document area in the menu bar, or local, such as in a community.

For the general document area, you will need to be granted rights by an administrator. For a community, you simply need to be a member to be able to contribute.

1. Drag-and-drop deposit

The most intuitive way to share documents is to drag and drop them from your computer directly into the relevant folder.

  1. Search for a document on your computer from a browser window.
  2. Add file folders.
  3. Add one or more files by adding additional data.
Complementary data can be keywords or multi-categorization.
Multi-categorization: your Digital Workplace allows you to update only one document present in several places in the platform.
