Access your applications

The "Application Launcher" is permanently available in the top navigation bar under the icon shown above (1).

You have an area giving access to a selection of default applications

The application area allows you to arrange the applications you want by simply 'dragging and dropping' them.

The content and layout you choose is personal, and depends on each user.

By dragging the application to the recycle bin at the foot of the window, you delete the shortcut. Don't worryyou're only deleting the shortcut, not the application. We'll show you how to add it back later if you make a mistake.

Use the + button to add a tab

"Add a tab" allows you to classify applications by the theme of your choice.

1. All you have to do is enter a name for this tab
2. Use the little triangle next to the title of your tab to rename it or simply delete it

You can search for an application by clicking on the icon

Searching for an application will allow you to add applications from among those made available by your administrator.

1. A search field lets you quickly filter the list
2. Use the X button to return to your list of applications
3. A green icon lets you see at a glance whether the application is already available in one of your tabs
4. The + button lets you quickly add the application; if several tabs have been defined, they will be proposed to you.

The applications catalog offers you a dedicated interface.

It offers you :

2. Advanced filtering
3. A quick view of what's installed
4. A simple way to add an application to your interface
