Manage tasks
Click on the application Tasks
from the applications menu.
N.B.: A digital indicator on the badge Tasks shows which tasks are overdue.
Click on the Add a task
field and enter the task title.
Tip: clicking on the T
key on your keyboard forces the focus into the input field, allowing you to type the task title straight away.
Small icons (2) appear below the task title text box (1). They allow you to quickly enter the task'spriority, start date, due date, assignment and project.
Click on the first icon flame
if you wish to indicate the priority.
Tip: You can also select the priority by typing the * character.
Click on the clock icon if you want to indicate a start dateHint: You can also choose the due date by typing the $
character.
Click on the alarm clock
icon to specify a due date (when you will be reminded).
Tip: You can also select the due date by typing the !
character.
Click on the @
icon to indicate a responsible person (if you don't enter this information, the task creator will have the role of responsible person).
Tip: You can also enter the @
character.
It is then possible to select the task managers (those assigned to the task).
For example, you can specify the project to which the task is attached (optional) by using the button indicated or by pressing #
.

The created task appears in the My tasks
We're now going to complete some of the properties inherent in these tasks.
The Information tab displays the following information:
- Title
- Priority
- Description
- Tags
- Deadline
- Responsible
- Project
The Calendar
tab can be used to specify reminders, a repetition frequency and an estimated completion time.
The Attachments tab can be used to attach resources useful for completing the task: internal or external content (URL).
Observer members can be added to monitor the task's progress.
Thanks to the History tab, you can track the latest actions linked to the task and see the new changes for each action See detail

The comments area lets you discuss the task.
