1. First search level: Quick search

At the top, in the center of the banner permanently displayed on your platform, a global search field is always available.

Start typing text or keywords, and let the platform suggest results on the fly.

The results will be proposed according to 3 axes:

• Spaces or Communities
• Content
• People

That's why you need to make sure your documents are named consistently!

2. Second level: "Advanced Search

From the global search field, click on "Perform a full query" or press Enter to access the advanced search interface.

The advanced search interface is as follows:

1. Your search field for refining terms
2. You can choose from a wide range of filters to refine your search as much as possible.
3. You'll find direct links to the People Directory and Space Directory applications
4. The results shown here take into account all the elements that make up a document: title, metadata, description and content, even if the document is in Word, Powerpoint or PDF format...
