Customize your publication lists

The Edit portal (Simplified) function allows you to modify a portlet from the front office. 

To access it, you need to :

  • Search for the Edit Portal (Simplified)application

  • Identify the portlet to be edited, then click on the edit pencil to modify the portlet

2. 1. Modifying portlet parameters

2.1. 1.1 General parameters

You can modify the general parameters of the portlet

2.2. 1.2 Queries

Queries can be used to dynamically (automatically) target the content to be brought up.

To edit a query, click on the following button :

3. 2. Modifying the display template

The way publications are displayed in the portlet can be modified using the Templates parameter.

The template options can be viewed by expanding the drop-down list in the Portal Box field.

4. 3. Modifying the skin template

The way the portlet is displayed on the page can be modified using the Skin parameter.

Skin Type:

The layout type options can be viewed by expanding the Skin type drop-down list. 

 


Icon:

This field allows you to add an icon before the title

Subtitle:

This field allows you to add a subtitle below the title

Button:

This field allows you to add a button linking to a URL to the right of the title

Bottom:

This field allows you to add a button linking to a URL at the bottom of the portlet
